Brief: Nolato completes acquisition of Treff AG

Oct 3 (Reuters) - Nolato Ab  NOLAb.ST  says: 
    * Completes acquisition of Treff AG. 
    * The final purchase price for the company is SEK 418 
million.  
    * The company will be consolidated from 3 October. Around 
two-thirds of Nolato Treff's operations will be reported within 
Nolato Industrial, and one-third within Nolato Medical.  
    * The acquisition is expected to have a marginal positive 
effect on Nolato's earnings per share for the current year.
